Meet Rosi Johnson
Rosi Johnson is a hair stylist and colorist with over 30 years of experience. Rosi specializes in both men's and women's cuts and colors. She is located at Salon78 in Ottertail, Minnesota.
When she's not doing hair, you can find her enjoying life with her husband at her lake cabin, or traveling to spend time with her twin daughters and two grandsons.
Rosi is experienced in hair color transformations from simple highlights to specialty colors.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We ask that you give at least a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
To cancel, go to your confirmation email and click “View Registration Details” at the bottom of the email. At the bottom of the next page, you’ll see an option to “Cancel Registration.” To reschedule, please first cancel your previous appointment before booking a new time. If you have any other questions or concerns, please email us at hairbyrosijohnson@gmail.com.
What products do you use or recommend?
Rosi uses product brands such as: Paul Mitchell, Joico, Kenra, Bedhead, Sexy Hair, Olaplex, Nioxen and It's a Ten. We currently do not sell physical products at the salon.
How long does it take to get a hair cut or my hair colored?
We schedule 30 minutes for most hair cuts, 2 hours for color services, 2 hours for permanent waves, and 1 hour for up-do styles. Add-on services increase the appointment time by 15 to 30 minutes. Times are approximate. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure the schedule runes smoothly.
Do I have to talk during the appointment?
It’s up to you! If you want to talk, I’m happy to chat with you through our appointment. It’s also okay to have a relaxing, quiet appointment. We just ask that you avoid long conversations on your phone or prolonged text conversations as it can disrupt the flow of the appointment.
What should I bring or wear to my appointment?
Bring photos of what you want your hair to look like. And then wear comfortable clothing – nothing bulky like a hoodie or scarf that cannot be removed.
How do I leave a tip, and how much is standard?
Tipping hairdressers 20% of the cost of service is the industry standard. At the end of the day, however, it's up to you. If you'd like to leave a tip on your credit/debit card, please let me know before we run your card.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Navigate over to the page https://www.hairbyrosi.com/gift-cards to purchase a gift card. You can choose the amount and issue it to anyone you'd like. Gift cards expire 1 year after purchase.
